Asia
Pacific Operations - Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia,

Subcontractor
Coordinator (Batam)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead Subcontractor Coordinator
- Supervise subcontractor works in an Oil and
gas Platform project
- Monitor works ranging on structural, piping,
HVAC, electrical, instruments, bolt tensioning, fire proofing,
architectural thermal and sound insulation
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, industrial
engineering or similar from a reputable University
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in
similar industry.
- Fully conversant in codes and standard for
structure, piping, HVAC, Electrical, instruments, coating and
offshore accommodation
- Engineers with experience in the
construction business of the oil & gas industry are preferred,
however relevant experience in the Shipbuilding and
Petrochemical industries will also be considered
- Proficient in oral and written English
- Willing to work in a
fabrication/construction environment

Responsibilities:
- Participate in reviews and improvements of
work processes and procedures
- Prepare production planning, schedule and
control
- Design shop floor layouts and process flow
systems
- Assist in the upgrading of existing

- Implement work improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, industrial

Proposal Estimator (Singapore, perm)
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of estimates for engineering,
project management teams, marine and fabrication works for
upstream projects
- Coordination of resources in project control
and accounting to provide necessary historical data
- Assist in the bidding and
proposal process
- To collate project/operation costs data for
utilization by Estimating.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction
Management or Business Management
- Minimum 5 - 10 years’ experience in
estimating major marine installation and fabrication of offshore
production facilities
- Additional experience in other project
controls, project planning, cost engineering and project
execution is desirable
- Experience in proposal preparation and
management presentations as well as good oral and written
communications and presentation skills are a must
- Able to work closely with all areas of
management for procurement, subcontracting, engineering,
construction and project management to develop successful
competitive bids in the Asia Pacific region

Senior Project Accountant (Singapore,
perm)
Responsibilities:
- Maintains documentation and files to support
all general ledger transactions, tax filings and financial
report
- Responsible for customer invoicing and
monitoring of accounts receivables
- Work with customer representatives on
resolution of customer audit issues/invoice deductions
- Work with project procurement and
subcontracts functions to report commitment amounts
- Work directly with project management and
project cost control to prepare cost reporting and review
project profit estimates
- Review and analyse costs charged to projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, (CPA/CA/ACCA) or
equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a
project accountant on large engineering and construction
projects
- Proficient in reading and interpreting
engineering and contract terms
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
