Project Management

Continuing the legacy established with the construction of its first tubular steel offshore platform in the 1950s, the Morgan City fabrication facility serves as a pioneer in innovative and diverse marine construction.

Morgan City has also expanded its capabilities to include diversified projects, such as offshore jackets, pilings and topsides; barge hulls, power generation flue and duct modules; and onshore refinery modular construction. Our most recent improvement is a state-of-the-art Multi-Joint Welding Facility (MJWF) designed to provide high-quality welding for deepwater pipeline operations. The advanced technology of J. Ray's Bug and Band Welding System is at the core of MJWF, resulting in a time- and cost-efficient manufacturing process for quad joint production.

Working closely with in-house project management teams and third-party offshore installation divisions and engineering companies, Morgan City offers turnkey construction services on all types of projects.
