OPERATION ENGINEERING

In many projects, our focus is on reducing capital expenditure, executing the work on time and on budget and then handing over to the operations group, but our involvement doesn't always end with first oil. We are currently performing operations management on projects covering management and maintenance of tooling, provision of service engineers, IRM management, flow assurance modeling and correlation. We have the expertise to manage these and many other issues associated with life of field engineering and field OPEX management.

Mentor's commitment to project support does not end at first oil. Ongoing operational support, including expertise in equipment operation and trouble shooting, production planning and flow assurance issues related to wax and hydrates, as well as equipment care and maintenance services, are available as part of Mentor's commitment to ongoing project service. A cost-effective program, established for the project with support activities, is tailored to the client's specific requirements.
